Prescription

If you do not have a copy of your contact lens prescription you will be given an opportunity to enter the contact information for your eye care practitioner and 1-800 GET LENS will contact them and quickly verify the prescription.
This generally only applies to residents of the United States as Federal law requires that a prescription be verified before an individual can buy contact lenses.

Returns

1-800 GET LENS guarantee that you will receive the contact lenses that you ordered and that all of your lenses will still be sealed in the manufacturer's sterile packaging or your purchase will be refunded. In addition if within 30 days of order date the product is found unsatisfactory, unopened boxes or glass vials can be returned for a full refund.
