Prescription

BEST CONTACTS require a valid prescription to help ensure that you continue to enjoy clear vision and healthy eyes and most importantly that you receive the correct lenses.
However, you do not need a physical copy of your prescription to place your order. If you do not have a copy of your contact lens prescription you will be given an opportunity to enter the contact information for your eye care practitioner and BEST CONTACTS will contact them and quickly verify the prescription.
This generally only applies to residents of the United States as Federal law requires that a prescription be verified before an individual can buy contact lenses.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are unopened, undamaged and in original condition. Such returns will receive credit in full, excluding any shipping charges. We cannot accept opened boxes and vials, as we are unable to return these to the manufacturer.
