Prescription

COASTAL CONTACTS require a valid prescription to help ensure that you continue to enjoy clear vision and healthy eyes and most importantly that you receive the correct lenses.
However, you do not need a physical copy of your prescription to place your order. If you do not have a copy of your contact lens prescription you will be given an opportunity to enter the contact information for your eye care practitioner and COASTAL CONTACTS will contact them and quickly verify the prescription.
This generally only applies to residents of the United States as Federal law requires that a prescription be verified before an individual can buy contact lenses.

Returns

Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any unopened boxes or vials that are in original condition purchased from Coastal Contacts for a store credit or refund. We are currently unable to accept returns of opened items not in original condition, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.Coastal Contacts will accept sunglasses returned within 30 days of ordering. They must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.If your prescription changes, COASTAL CONTACTS will exchange unexpired and unopened boxes of contacts
