However, you do not need a physical copy of your prescription to place your order. If you do not have a copy of your contact lens prescription you will be given an opportunity to enter the contact information for your eye care practitioner and LENS.COM will contact them and quickly verify the prescription.
This generally only applies to residents of the United States as Federal law requires that a prescription be verified before an individual can buy contact lenses.
Returns
LENS.COM guarantee that you will receive the exact type and brand of contact lenses specified in your order and confirmed by your eye doctor's prescription. Each pair will arrive sealed in manufacturer's packaging or your entire purchase will be refunded. They also guarantee that all contact lenses will be delivered free of any manufacturer defects or we will replace them at no additional cost. If within 30 days of order date the product is found unsatisfactory, unopened boxes or glass vials of lenses can be returned for a full refund.
