Prescription

LENSMART require a valid prescription to help ensure that you continue to enjoy clear vision and healthy eyes and most importantly that you receive the correct lenses.
However, you do not need a physical copy of your prescription to place your order. If you do not have a copy of your contact lens prescription you will be given an opportunity to enter the contact information for your eye care practitioner and LENSMART will contact them and quickly verify the prescription.
This generally only applies to residents of the United States as Federal law requires that a prescription be verified before an individual can buy contact lenses.

Returns

If a product is found unsatisfactory within 30 days of receipt, unopened boxes of lenses or sterile glass vials can be returned for a full refund. Please note, to receive a full credit on returned product, the boxes/vials must be unopened, undamaged, and not defaced in any way.
